Hidden feature in radio? (RES)
Hello,
I was adding a stock amp and subwoofer to my 08 LS panel using a PAC audio converter. They sent me the wrong model number a 14 insted of a
14a.
I didnt notice.
When I plugged it in I could hear 2 differnt radio stations playing at the same time and a headphone symbol appeared on the radio next to the time. Had other problems too and it didnt work....
I figured it out got the correct one on order. But that headphone symbol had me curious.
I guess GM calls it Rear Seat Entertainment System.
Allows the rear pax to listen to differnt music with headsets.
So I am woundering If GM had plans for the HHR to have RES?

That radio is used in several models including trucks..so I'd have to say yes..but wasn't an option on this car...BTW, my 05 truck has the rear entertainment system..and wireless headsets
