I was reading Hubby's Motor Trend magazine a few days ago (July 07 issue) about page 47... there is a Fold out add.. with the Colbalt on one side & the HHR on the other.... HHR is pictured in SOM...it says & I qoute...

AMC Pacer... The Wide Small Car. Still remember the ads. AMC had ugly down to an art form back in the 70's. "What's THAT?" "THAT's a Matador..." I remember that ad, also. The Javelin was actually not too bad looking for a car, but their follow-up the AMX caught the AMC ugly disease in the design studio and never recovered.
