I wish these cars had a serviceable fuel filter, I had a miss fire that was from a fuel injector, since I had so many miles I decided to replace all the injectors with OEM. Months or maybe a year or so go by and I have a miss fire again. Test came back it was a fuel injector again.. This time I took it out and cleaned it and that solved the problem. Had the same thing happen YET AGAIN after months, this time I threw in a bottle of Chevron fuel system cleaner.. hope it lasts but at least I know what's causing the issue and how to (at least temporally) fix it.

best thing i have found.....4power...made by Conklin....availible for gas and diesel. Hands down best thing yet for cleaning fuel ststem and injector. It works. Not just another snake oil. Techtron is good, especially for removing carbon deposits....but 4power is best. 12-16.00 for bottle of it

Where do you get it? only place I could find it was ebay? I'll give it a shot.. I know most fuel cleaners are worthless. Chevron is the only one I was aware of that actually did anything but I like to test and log data so I'm up for it!

There is a TSB re P0300 in 2006-2007 2.4L. Basically the fix is use a different injector and new program. 08-06-04-001B.

Or you might have gunk in the fuel rail, like Jessica did.

Well now I have P0171 and it won't pass inspection. Even with no light the code is still there. Can't figure it out.

Back to the drawing board.

Any chance you or someone else put E85 fuel in the tank? The 2.2L LAP from a 2009 Cobalt is not a Flex Fuel motor.
