the rings you mentioned are for other brands and older 2003 Ecotecs

are you sure the Seafoam didn’t just clear up stuck rings?
Must have cleared the fuel system or stabilized the fuel yeah lol it’s always mixed hear say until see it do something I guess, it was at that threshold where it did so help one of the two situations though could have been a piston thing also doing pressure test in the morning as got trapped at work and will know soon can’t say at this time. Though it is having a lack of full power on highway here and there so F-It might wanna order fuel pumps and rebuild it little by little and flip it for $3000 down the road some as I’m peeping at a 2000 Saab 43711 · Hatchback 4D with a turbo for $1500 though mileage and room is all HHR.Nilight Catalytic Converter for 2008 2009 2010 2011 Chevy HHR/Chevrolet Cobalt 2.2L 2.4L,2008-2009 Pontiac G5 2.2L,Custom Fit Cat (EPA Standard)

And just snagged these DNJ PR328 Piston Ring Set Standard Size for 87-03 Chevrolet, GMC, Isuzu 2.0L-2.2L L4 OHV Naturally Aspirated for hell of it and hope they sit all here by Friday and cost only like…under $300 which is tight !

These are the dimensions of your 2009 2.2

These are the dimensions for the rings you ordered Note the piston diameter is different

Stock rings are usually purchased in a major engine overhaul kit. Why are you asking for rings only ?
I failed to mention that when I bought the car about three weeks ago now the catalytic converter was bad I drilled or sod a small gash to relief pressure after the first chamber closest to the engine furthest away I could to the second and the engine light turned off, so I failed to mention that detail which I almost forgot about as I have been driving on it now like this for about two weeks though the converter comes in the mail tomorrow which is great. Whenever I google a video for the HR every time nearly other than one video it is a complete overhaul engine removal though. Yeah I’m just rocking out the 2.2 L for now glad I found this site as I am sure it will come in handy in the near future as well though it’s the piston thing that seems complicated the most other than perhaps transmission arguably at par with timing chain, perhaps.
also, I am looking for only the replacement rings, as I believe this should be substantial to everything that needs to be done for now catalytic converter desperately the shocks and increase the compression of the engine because I got this thing from a dealership and they were using it apparently to store tires and move things around I guess so it’s not pretty yet

You understand that the engine has to be removed in order to replace the rings?

You could call any GM dealer with the VIN and if they're nice they can tell you the part numbers for the rings. Then you can shop for crossovers for those.

For lawd sakes don't install cheap struts. KYB or nothing.
