Can anyone tell me what I need to ask to see, or to see a copy of that documents either the date of arrival at the dealership OR the production date of the car I'm getting? As I said, I'm going in today to put down the deposit to have the car driven to my local dealership from where it is now.

Cool...that definitely works. I'm sure you're counting the hours and minutes until your HHR arrives.

Make sure the camera is ready and waiting.

courthousedeb, You mentioned a treatment for the cloth seats in one of my previous posts. Was that part of the "Appearance Warranty"?

Nope...I didn't buy the appearance warranty...my boyfriend details cars for a living and can do a much better job with it than the dealer ever could. Plus, he's done these Appearance Warranty services and said not to waste my money.

What I did mention was an upholstery cleaner called Prestone Interior Cleaner. I had a small stain on my drivers seat that wouldn't come out with anything else and used that stuff and stain was gone. I bought mine at Walmart for $3.60 and it was definitely money well spent.
