Rear bumper replacement?

I was rear-ended the other night. There was only minor damage to the rear bumper plastic. The bolts from the other drivers front license plate bracket poked holes through it. I'm wondering how difficult it is to switch out the bumper cover.

Removal of the bumper is quite simple. First, pull out the "christmas tree" clips that hold the wheel well liner to the bumper. Once the liner is out of the way, there is a small screw to remove up in the front corner of the bumper, where it meets the fender. Next pop the hatch and remove the the two trox screws in the bottom corners of the hatch. Once everything is detached, start from the front corners of the bumper and pull it away from the vehicle ( there are C clips along the top edge of the bumper, just persuade them). with the sides of the bumper pulled away from the fenders, the bumper should come free, just pull it straight back. I hope that helps

Very cool. Thanks folks. Now I just need to get a check from Geico and find a bumper!
