My rear windshield wiper keeps getting stuck. It'll go up a bit and then it will stop for a second it'll go up more and then stop and then it will do the same thing on its way down.

It doesn't have this problem as much when I do it with the washer spray

I'm just hoping someone has an idea on what I can do to fix this

 

Check the 10 mm nut that holds the wiper arm to the motor, it might be a touch loose.

 

Does the motor stop running?

 

Bad motor producing low torque, damaged wire limiting power to motor, damaged or corroded mechanism dragging.

Good first step would be to hotwire it to see how it does.

 

Loose nut. There is a cover over it that you have to pop off.
