Just as I suspected in my post #2. Something must be loose!

Thanks Oldblue, just curious, when I tightened the bolt on the connector on the back of the BCM I saw a grey relay #3604. I looked in the manual and searched and could not find what this relay does and/or supports, do you know or does anyone know?

 

IIRC; it is the door locks.

 

According to this fuse & relay map #31 is empty and #32 is the Retained Accessory Power relay
