Grab a can of your choice stuffed with rags. Top off with ammonia. Yes the odor can be tough on us but varmints like it worse :)

An animal chewed my front bumper and my running board on my SS.

I don't know if it was a dog or skunk, racoon or what but it did a lot of superficial damage.

What material do you use to repair damage to the plastic parts?

If that dog ever comes back, he will be introduced to my Ruger Mini 30 or my newly acquired S&W 15-22.

Ouch ! Sorry to hear that Boydie.
Never have gotten the wife"s Hyundai properly fixed since the damage was from one front wheel well to the other. Was gonna be a little costly to pay out of pocket and my wife didn't want to put in an insurance claim.(Her car, Her choice)
I did buy a can of touch up paint and put multiple paint layers on trying to hide some of the damage. Looks a little better.
Here's 2 other pics that show the fenders damage before touch up paint.

Peppermint oil. Smells great to us, mice and rats can't stand it. Good Luck. Keep us posted.

Both. More a suggestion than a question, most people don't think of it. Damage to your car while parked on private property is sometimes covered by home owner/renter insurance rather than auto insurance.

Actually donbrew and oldblue, that's a good point.

I ask my insurance agent about that when the dog incident happened. He said since my homeowners and vehicle insurance was through the same company, it would get covered by the vehicle policy first.

Since my wife didn't want to make a claim, I just left it what the agent said.
