As far as I know, the power steering extended warranty isn't a one-and-done limit. The recall might be, technically, IDK. But I've read enough stories about GM free fixes bad power steering motors that didn't technically qualify that I'd take it back even if already fixed free once.

The power steering extended warranty was for a maximum of 10 years, therefore pretty sure that is no longer an offer. Donbrew posted a copy of the letter
