Towing behind RV
Hi, This is my first post. I want to know how many of you tow your HHR behind a RV and what is your experience? I have a 2011 HHR I just got and I love it and now I want to get an RV. Thanks,

Welcome to the site
I have towed my 07 hhr behind my 36 foot rv just got back from a 2000 mile trip this summer and I towed it 4500 last year.
Without looking in the back up camera I would never know it's back there.
I use the blue ox base plate and tow bar and a brake buddy brake system.
This was my first year for the buddy brake and it works very well last year I went without a brake system and it work ok but I would not recommend it.
I like the blue ox base plate because when not towing you would never know the base plate is there.
You can use the search box at the top of the page and pull up more info on towing the hhr.

Not sure exactly what your question is, but we tow our 07 behind our 40 ft pusher and have since we bought the HHR in March of 07. My advice is to use good equipment and installers when you set the car up to tow. I use Blue OX tow equipment, and a US Gear brake setup on the car.
