Still Working on Rear Sheet Metal

Re-inforcements to the rear body/suspension continue. Hopefully the rear floor and drive shaft hump will be done soon. For now, things chug along. It takes what it takes.

Totally unbelievable!

I am more amazed every time I look in on this build.

I can hardly wait to see the finished product. I know you are getting closer and closer.

When you are finished you will have many, many miles enjoying all of your hard work.

Good luck!

I'm not going to make it this year because it just won't be finished in time, but the master plan is next summer to put it in my buddies truck and haul it to my cousin's place in Orland Park, IL . From there we spend at least 2 weeks cruising the mid west, ending up at Niagra Falls for the HHR Nats.

Hopefully I can meet an greet (do burn-outs) as many forum members as possible along the way.

I will need some help charting the course from Chicago to Niagra Falls. Anyone live along the way?

I'm in Ohio, I'm up for a visit. I also wouldn't mind a trip to the falls.

Sounds like a good time.

Cut through Detroit, over the Ambassador Bridge , get on the 401 to Woodstock then the 403 to Hamilton, then the QEW to the Falls
The Streetrodder tour will be running this route in July to get to Syracuse NY

Once a month

I very seldom get on this sight. Once a month if I am lucky. This is usually the first place, sometimes the only place, I come to. In my opinion, you are a mechanical wizard. Keep up the fantastic work. I am looking forward to the end results. cj-five

HHR nationals?

HHR national? I didn't know there was such a thing. Could you please tell me the date and is it on the Canadian or American side? It sounds like a good time.
