Weird HHR AC Issue

I replaced the ac compressor, condenser and expansion valve and am experiencing a weird issue where the vent closest to the window on the passenger side is blowing cold while the 2 vents on the driver side blow warm.

The other vent on the passenger side blows luke warm.

This car does not have individual settings - so what would cause one side to blow cold and the other to blow warm??

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

The control doors in the transfer box must be really screwed up.

Only thing I can think of.

The heater core is always hot, the A/C core is cold when turned on, the blend door controls how much hot air is mixed into the system.

The mode door moves to control between floor, face and defrost.

If the velocity is the same L to R, but temp is different...I dunno. I have never torn a box down there might be a way that only air going down one branch is heated.

If the velocity were different I would look for disconnected/blocked pipes.
