Changed the oil and filter this morning.
Wondered how new oil looks beside the 5000 mile stuff I drained out. Took a picture for you folks. Just based on the color, I think I'll stick with my regular interval of 5000 miles.
Not trying to start any oil change/interval debates. Just posting an interesting pic.

Take care of yourself Oldblue, being laid up is no fun.

Had to see the Doc today myself, after another night of Twerking induced agony, it was time to seek help in the form of muscle relaxants.

Feeling better now, kinda sleepy and drooling, but at least I can bend.

Hope you 2 heal up soon, avoid the ladders Mike.

I bought 4 oil filters for them. No controversy here Fireman, I think it is ugly enough at five thousand also.......Thanks for the pic's mine looks just like that at 5k. ..........

No ladders were involved or harmed Sam.

Well that's what my oil looks like too, but at 4,000 miles, controversy be d*mned....oil is cheap, engines aren't.

Diggin' the blue dots there Oldblue! Take it easy getting over that concussion, they are nothing to mess with.

As for me, thought I was feeling a bit better, until I reached up to close the hood after checking the oil. The resulting back spasm left me doubled over with my forehead resting on the core support for twenty minutes, not fun, and I really need to blow the dead bugs out of the condenser with with some shop air.
