Also washed/cleaned my car for the g2g tomorrow. And finished up the shifter knob by using an o-ring and superglue to hold the boot up.

Update on "All Show, No Go" truck conversion... I installed all the intake manifold hardware that I pulled from the salvage yard, and smoke machined it. I did have to put some more sealant around my brake booster vacuum line repair, but now it's sealed like a champ! I also dropped the gas tank to flush out the old gas that was in it. It didn't look to bad, but it has been sitting for a bit, so I'm thinking since the tank is down, and open I might as well just dump it and clean the tank. These new gas tanks are super fancy with sensors and all that jazz. Really threw me for a loop that more than 3 wires are required to run a fuel system in these new fancy cars. I mean it has wiring harnesses, sensors, and all kinds of goodies.

I put the GF to work getting the wood for the bed ready, and working on the wear runners. She also started prepping some 18 inch rims for powder coating that I scored off of a Merc. They should look sharp on the beast, but will require some adaptors for 5x110 to 5x112. Minor details.

I have a few other projects that needed some love these last few days off so that is how she sits right now. I'm hoping to get the tank back in, and run some fresh gas through the lines before I have to head out to Philly for the Holidays, as I'm getting itchy to atleast spin her around the block.

What is G2G in this context? I always thought that meant "gotta' go"?
