Drove my buggy the 1.5 hr ride to work today lowered on Pedders..I'm digging it

 

I drove mine for the first time since bringing it back from Texas in January. Stopped at the rest area and sat at a picnic table to admire it for awhile

Came back to the shop and tortured my wheels some more

 

drove to work, and back, same old day in day out drive. nothing really cool then washed and cleaned the HHR, car show season is just over a month away!! Well for my area anyways

 

Deployed the Car Duster for the first time this year to remove "The Green Menace", pollen season has begun in earnest...oh hooray! Sneeze!!

 

On my way to work this morning, I see in my rear view mirror something... swirling around.... I'm thinking what is that? Is the car smoking or something....





then I realize it's freaking pollen! Clouds of swirling pollen! ACHOO !

 

Nice weather driving on the highway ..stretched her legs today and hit triple digits on the speedo lol

Final coat of wax, final vacuum, in preparation of driving to Super Chevy Show in the morning.

 

A trip to work and then out to dinner with the family and then rain, maybe tomorrow a wash

 

First spring wash, discovered a door dent that needs popping, also discovered the windshield shroud I installed was a bad purchase, did not hold up to the cold northern temps, also caused a small chip in the glass.

 

Had a dead battery this morning, the HID headlights did not shut off and stayed on all night,my jump-start unit would not start so had to call AAA. I received notice my Premium subscription needs to to pay up but I will NOT re-up this time as I don't like the new format and don't get on site much anymore. no info on the happenings for the So-Cal HHRs so I guess it goodbye.
