Glad to hear you're home safe and sound!

Bummer about the puncture and wiper, but those are things you can file under "adventure".

Well today called around for repairs to the flex pipe, nobody will cut the pipe as it would constitute altering the cat. So, a temp fix for the rest of the trip, I went to Advance Auto and they do not sell the short flex patch part, so I bought some exhaust aluminium tape and put four layers over he flex joint and it cured the issue, for now. I ordered a complete pipe including a new flex joint and cat with gaskets free shipping to the house back home in Canada for $165.00. From what I researched herein the site labor was $120.00 and up plus the Ebay part of around $45.00 which would be the same amount and I would still have a 7 year old pipe and catalytic converter, so economics 101 kicked in so I ordered the part.
Down here for vacation weather is beautiful condo is very nice now on to the outlet mall so the wife can shop !!!

Lt

took off the ugly peeling hub caps and discovered that the LT wheels are killer. Luckily convinced the DW that the black, wide spoke wheels look much better than aluminum colored hub caps. now we're red & black monochrome. (Took awhile to clean off all the brake dust).

Black/Gold Bowties

Put black /gold bow ties on my '09 SS and took photographs at Lake Huron near Rogers City, Michigan. Appreciate any comments. Overcast day but that is all we have had here lately.
