Good luck oldblue!

You should see my Super 8 film of flying fish at 10PM in the Caribbean. I call it 50 feet of black leader(that cost $35).

I got around to the G #A$%&^ D )(*&^ serpentine belt. Turns out that for some reason the 2011 was much more difficult than the old 2008 was. The "official tool" was of NO use at all on the 2011, even after removing the motor mount and the wheel well. The "shorty" tool would have worked if I wanted to spend the money for a 1-time tool.

Got 'er done though.

I rode home in the HHR today , my doctor decided to discharge me today so I can wait at home for the open heart surgery next week or two, nothing they can do for me, so rest and relax at home!!

Good work Don, glad you got it replaced now instead of the side of the road somewhere with no tools and just cows and crows to hear your cussing!!

Gutted it for the Autocross tomorrow. Took out the back seats, rear cubby, shelf, floor mats, everything. It is now the HHR RS SuperLeggera. Yesterday put in my tinted tails I got and cut an "RS" for the third brake light. Need to get some electrical tape and clean up the edges, but it works and looks great.

Glad to hear you're home Buddy, take things easy and plan what you're going to do with your HHR next once they're done repairing your "fuel lines".

Let us know if you need anything, OK.

Glad to see you're back in action Oldblue...here's a speedy recover!

As for me...I actually treated myself to a few new goodies and attended my first meet over the weekend. I started out by ripping off my old Mach 1 lip that I had trashed and replaced it with a garage door sealer that I picked up from Lowes. Some people call this the Home Depot lip mod...it came out great! The meet was on Sunday...met up with a few other Ecotecs and we parked together. Had a blast! Since I'm planning to do this meet and show thing regularly now...I decided I needed to treat myself to new breathing treatment for the little 2.4 so I ordered this yesterday...

I went with the dry filter because I've tried the K&N and CGS intakes and my wagon just doesn't like the preoiled filters.

Here's a few shots from the meet on Sunday...
