Ditto on the feeling better Oldblue, eventually the docs will tire of having you run on the wheel and free you from your cage.

"All things come to him who waits – provided he knows what he is waiting for. -Woodrow T. Wilson"

I backed two of mine out of the garage so that my High School buddy Waddell could "borrow" my engine hoist, then I pulled 'em back in.

I've found the my popularity amongst my old friends from school goes up and down depending on their need for an engine hoist, engine stand, transmission jack, timing light, air compressor.......

Cranked up the same two again and backed 'em out of the garage. Yeah, you guessed it, Waddell came back for my spare engine stand and my small air compressor.

Once Waddell was done browsing in my "Lending Library", I cranked 'em up again and pulled 'em back in.

Just make sure they fill up your water bottle and squirt some oil on those bearings.

Being laid up stinks, but you've got your sense of humor intact, that's something the docs can't mess with.

That's really cool news!

Hudson eh? Something tells me that he'll be a full fledged car nut before pre-school.

I bet this'll help your heart get back to its rated horsepower better than anything the docs think up.

Congrats again Buddy!

Got a new windshield and a replacement battery from Walmart. Turns out Walmart records the serial numbers, so no receipt needed.

Having the door open 20 minutes while the tech did the windshield killed the battery, I had already planned the trip to WallyWorld for the battery as next stop. I tested it yesterday, got 298 CCA out of 650 CCA; on maintainer overnight. this A.M. read 12.3 V.

New battery has enough juice to turn the alternator onto charge.
