Jeez Andrey, it's bad enough changing a tire on a 100°F(38°C) day here in Carolina, I'd hate to try it in the snow and ice at -8°F(-22°C).

Horrible whim of Mother Nature. Poor people, many are not ready for such conditions. How your building cope with the problem? I heard they are not designed for low temperatures and snow.

I'm sorry for the confusion Andrey, no snow in my part of Carolina yet this winter, but is has been extremely cold.
-14 Celsius/+7 Fahrenheit twice in the past week, we're not used to such cold, and neither are our structures.
Many frozen pipes including water mains under the streets, we've been 30 degrees colder than usual this winter.
