After seeing those two 'super cool' rides, I not even going to bother showing my new 'Black Ice' hubcaps.

Well Oldblue, you know that issue I had over the weekend that had you wondering if That Room was Wi-Fi equipped, well that photo just brought the issue back up.

And we were going to have a belated Mother's Day dinner today.

Both front airbags in the HHR deployed. Gonna be a fun day sitting on hold with the insurance . As far as I know there were no serious injuries.

If I find out where its gonna go I'll post up so anyone in need can go snap up the parts.

Airbags - aren't they the reason they changed the "hand position" theory while driving? I do remember them saying that airbags deploy with something equal to a .22 charge & that being the reason for changing where your hands are supposed to be.
Glad you got out without injuries, the way these cars are made today you need all the airbags you can get.

Took the HHR in for an alignment. Just a heads up on this. The shops software for their alignment machine called for .075 to 1.5 degrees as tolerable camber. However after a email from GM the real specs on camber are .75. To. .95 degrees. This is on fe1 body. Lesson is always double check stuff. Going back tommorrow to get it right. Oh also replaced thermostat. 20 minute job in the driveway.

?? Camber is set in the strut towers, and is not adjustable! Only the toe is adjustable.
Did they sell you a camber bolt kit?

Today I ride up to get Sweetie, she gets discharged from the hospital today!!!
But then 3 months of every second or third day back for blood tests!

OldBlue.... you are correct. However I installed camber bolts about 2 months ago. Im willing to bet I will have to explain that in order to adjust the camber with the aftermarket bolts, you have to take the bottom strut bolt out. Seeing as how they are splined bolts.
