Today I went to the local auto salvage yard and picked up the leather shifter boot assy for my 06. The changes never end.
Completed the project. Total cost $15 and about 3 hours and that included removing the parts from the donor car.

Very Cool Guys, Blue, bummer about yer weather..

I was at our local Cruise Show & a guy came up to me asking several questions about my Panel, turns out he has an LS Panel, & has done the Depo headlights & blacked out custom grille, & more.

I told him about here www.chevyhhr.net he sounded interested in checking it out. Maybe he will, he had a wicked Nova at the show.

Anyhow, it was a super turnout & great day to enjoy all the Antiques/ Customs/ Hot Rods & you name it.. We have a great show, over 700 vehicles today..

2008 2.4L LT with 125,000 miles. Yesterday I had to replace the thermostat due to it sticking. Coolant reading "--" just as documented on this site. I did the sensor at the same time. I had to move the hose clamp but other than that an easy fix. Thank you everyone here to help solve the issue.

Awesome!

Today drive out to look after little Willow! Later we’ll be headed to the local car show! Every Friday night at the Seaway Mall in Welland, maybe see y’all there!
I can’t show anymore, they put an 1990 limit on cars in the show!
Last week was a rain out.

Oil change
Got a free replacement battery from Interstate dealer after a weekend I want to forget. Can't believe the battery is maybe 2 years old ? It's a 6 year battery.
As a side note, picked up one of those Lithium Ion jumper packs from Harbor freight that works very good.
https://www.harborfreight.com/lithiu...ithium+battery
Me and my abstract thinking I might have had a connection problem because of an intermittent dead battery/no start.
Live and learn.

I know what you mean, that’s why I always recommend a battery load test.

Tonight we’re off to the car show then dinner

Cat Man- I have heard that Interstate has their batteries made overseas anymore.. Many seem to be having issues with them from what I read.

Yesterday we went for dinner, didn’t get to the car show.
Today a wash and detailing, we have a picnic in Hamilton for Sweetie and other cancer patients at 2.
Then we are off to Paris, Ontario for the car show there.
They have a year limit , so we’ll just stroll around and check out the hot rods , restomods and customs.

Sleeper, when I went there I thought they were going to prorate it. They just said "Here you go" no charge.
Would like to read an article that backs up your statement.
