Some are. Here's a partial quote from that article:
“We do have some batteries manufactured in Mexico but not all of them. We have several plants located here in the US located in the North, East, South and West. If a battery is manufactured in Mexico it is required by law to have a sticker on the top of it that says “Made in Mexico”. If there is not sticker, it is made in the USA.”

I was a huge fan of Interstate Batteries for years but the one I purchased for my Tacoma died in 2 years as well.Thought maybe it was just my luck.

Hey off note how bad do these look for silver hhr I have, in 18s my stock wheels have some scuffs was thinking of just getting new ones and getting rid of old ones,or should I leave them stock..
also I have my old damaged bumper its fixable if anyone wants to pay for shipping they can have it

Gave my HHR new Eyes Today

Old and new Headlights.
While I was doing it I replaced the bulbs wit Silverstars. But since I rarely drive at night any more they should last a long time.

Had Old fogged headlights when I bought it

Bumper cover off... not too hard

Bumper cover off and one headlight out.

Finished!

New Eyes!
