Lonwane- I like that new back splash/ wall.

Got my mowing done in back today. Tomorrow might rain..

Home values are jumping everywhere like back in 2006, before the real estate market crash. We sold off our Fla home just prior to the crash & made a killing.
Tiny 1/4 acre lots UN-developed there were only $2,000. each. Wife said we should get two, when we we were selling off prior to crash, those same lots were getting near $85K. each.

So we get offers here as well.. But we bought here just after the market crash, so we did very well on everything. I don't wanna move. We are where we want to be.

What part is broken? You could post pics. If you’re talking about the pop up mesh wind screen, it can be easily removed and replaced once repairs are made.

I finally got the email from HD that my curbside order is ready for pickup, so when Sweetie gets home, we’ll drive to the Falls and pick up that. I’m taking a couple of days off, just gonna relax maybe wash the BlackSwan, but it’s supposed to rain, so maybe not!

Yesterday Evening got the transmission back in the Mustang:

Also replaced the driveshaft U-joints:

This morning put the H-pipe with the catalytic converters back on, along with the electrical connectors and the lower K-brace (aftermarket brace that stiffens the chassis).

Took it for a test drive and it seems to work OK.

Next is some interior work (headliner is drooping, needs new carpet, etc.

Today, a wash and detail, then Sweetie took off for a coffee with her mom, and I did some drywall compound in the closets downstairs.
Naptime!!

I don't know if these pics will help. It appears it broke in the track it attaches too.
