Sway bar links

I replaced the sway bar links in the wife’s 2008 hhr lt today, to get rid of the intermittent clunk noise at slow speeds over rough road. Mission successful, noise is gone. I did also get sway bar bushings, but I’m not going to replace those until I get access to a hoist to lift the car. This old mechanic isn’t as agile as he used to be!

Pulled sunroof out of Toughie today.
Stii can't find out why the glass won't close all the way,
Will reinstall and continue searchin for answers.
I did hear a loud plastic sounding crack and wonder if something on the glass frame broke.
Any idea as to how to remove the glass?

Thanx for the info.
My problem is that I cannot open to the vent position as the sunroof will not fully close.
At least I now have a place to start.
I'll keep everyone posted.

Although my 06 HHR LT went away in 2014 (it had 135,000 miles on it) I still like reading about what people are doing to their HHRs.

Well, let's see, I pulled mine out the garage, let her idle a few & drove it, & later parked it back inside. Very exciting, I know.

I took Sweetie to Port Colborne, she had blood tests done at a lab there, we then went for a walk and saw these goslings

Morning all. Rainy week out so at least the pollen will be washed off the cars ! :)

I did nothing with my HHR today :O #4 son still has it but I will be getting it back today ! He borrowed it while his Honda was in the shop :O SO it has not been ignored lol

It will be nice to see it back in my driveway again,

My truck looks lonely with out it there lol

But after putting on the Master Craft / Cooper AS tires and using them for over a month I can say I am very happy with them on dry and wet roads ! And the little snow we had !

Depending on the weather I will vacuum and wash the carpets with my Little Green Machine /
https://www.bissell.com/little-green...E&gclsrc=aw.ds

Small but really pulls the crap out of the carpet or if you pet has a accident :O

After I do the HHR then the Truck .As long as I can leave to windows and doors open that is lol

Have a good day

Thank you, Rich! How about before and after photos of your interior cleaning. We like pictures, and with this lockdown, we’re bored to tears!
