What Did You Do To Your HHR Today?
Thanks OB, ill get it going after i compile some more stuff. I actually like putting the threads together, going through all the steps in the process.

Ont the way home from the shop today i looked down and i'll be damned . . . already got it lol and i never knew. (im assuming now that they all have it lol)

This morning as I sip my morning coffee, we decided to take a hour or two to ourselves and drive to Fort Erie for lunch.
the CEL did not return last night, I think it was due to that cold evening.

Hit a huge puddle of water in the dark a few weeks ago and it got into my passenger side headlight pretty bad and knocked out the fake foglight grille. I'm fortunate it didn't hydrolock since the intake looks like it's on that side too.
Taking the bumper off was not problem - the problem was getting the dang water out of the headlight. I know it says to use a hairdryer but since I'm follicle-challenged (bald) I didn't have one handy and I wasn't going to use a heat gun and end up with a melted mess. I tried a shop vac and my air gun but those didn't work well either because you really can't get inside the light well. Fortunately I knew where to finally get a hair dryer and it did the trick. The only problem is now I have drip marks inside where the water dried up. Oh well, maybe this is an excuse to get those fancy black reflectors everyone likes in the spring.

As I read your post I knew that would happen. Rinse it with distilled water before drying next time. A little dishwasher rinse aid might work too. You could try to rinse out those drip marks and dry it again. Might take a little vinegar or something.
