I do want to show her how to change oil, put on the spare tire, check air in the tire even though the TPMS is there.
Thanks to this forum I learned a lot about this Chevy since I joined last August. I do need to tackle the backup light issue as mentioned on another topic.

agreed, the headlights don’t warrant the investment in time and materials to install the little doors, 2 push pins and a screw per side, isn’t that bad! And only once in a blue moon , to change the bulb.

Today a quiet cruise to a doctor appointment, then I stopped by my GM dealership to investigate a new set of tires for the terrain, wow they were $200 cheaper then a local tire shop. So I ordered a set , they’ll be here on Monday next week.
Blue- Thanks, She did great.

Dealer tire prices sound like the deal !!

Added Lucas injector cleaner, then realized it only had a quarter tank of gas so I filled it up. Nice drive to work today in 34 degree weather. Forecast says 16 degrees on the way home, major heat wave I guess. Much more fun to drive the HHR than the newer Jeep Patriot. Easier to get in and out of.

I used a product called Flitz Multipurpose Polish. It works really well to remove the haze but you need to use a protectant against the UV rays.

We drove to Sweetie’s appointment for her PICC line to be flushed, then lunch and gabfest with friends, and now naptime!

Waiting for warmer temps so that I can finish installing the new stereo head unit and the powered subwoofer. It's been too darned cold on the days I had the time, and I've been too busy on the days the temperature was right. Now it's supposed to be raining the majority of the upcoming week. Sigh.
I'll probably go for a drive today, just because.
