If there’s a stub of that stud, see if you can grab it with vise grips and turn it out like a bolt, the hole should be threaded

Evening all. Have not posted for awhile ,, A little busy
The HHR is doing well ::) Had a exhaust leak for though was Flex pipe or manifold ! :O
Took the HHR in for Oil change at my mechanic, Yes I could change it myself but no garage and temps between 10*/20* and snow and wind so NO WAY lol
Told my mechanic to take a look at it.
SO while on the lift he found the Flange between the Cat and tail pipe studs broke from rust . Fixed in a few minutes while oil was draining
So a cheap fix. So will hold up :) Same happened to my truck, Same place, That road salt is nasty

Rich , glad it’s a low cost repair!

Today we drive out to the country for some farm fresh eggs! Then stop for a coffee. I’m waiting for parts to fix that dripping axle seal, they should be here this afternoon

My SS 5 speed has been here in my garage for the last 2 weeks. Now it looks liked it will be here for a lot longer.
Spent yesterday in the local Emergency room. X-rays show that I have a broken bone in my left foot( yes, my clutch foot). I’m in a boot and on crutches so I can’t drive the SS.
How did it happen ? That’s the weird part. No clue. I had no trauma of any kind. Just woke up with my foot hurting 5 days ago. Got worse day by day till the ER visit.
Next stop is the Ortho doctor to see if surgery is needed.
Old age sucks !

Thanks Steve. Glad it was a cheap fix just had to put $1200.00 + into my truck :O $300.00 + for parts and $900.00 + labor:O !
Yes it was at the dealer. But with all the dash lights figured it was the better choice

Parts have arrived look very promising to eliminate the leak problem of the passenger side output seal and cup

My P0442 is back. (Not looking for advice on this frustrating code. Happy to provide some, tho.)

Unrelated, was doing a little HHR research and scraped this from an unmentionable SM site. Sorry, I know nothing about it:
