What Did You Do To Your HHR Today?
I drove my neighbour to Hamilton for her MRI and CT scan , she is almost finished her cancer treatments . I hope she has good news soon!
Speaking of news, my surgeon called and told me my colonoscopy last Thursday showed no polyps, no cancer, no cysts! That kinda good news!

Thanks for the reminder, I’ll hook up the Terrain this afternoon.
Today we have a celebration of life ceremony for a friend.
I’ll update this, he was a fireman since 1978, he was accepted to the fire department when I was disqualified due to heart issue . He was honoured by about 250 firemen, their wifes and families, his daughter is a police officer and there was about 200 of them and he had a ton of friends approximately 350 of us! It was standing room only for 3 1/2 hours. Wonderful stories about him , his service, his family, and friends. A very emotional day for sure.
when we returned to our car, a Mrs Caravtis was screaming at us why all the fire and police, shouting it was obscene, so I walked over to her, handed her my memorial pamphlet and suggested she go back in her house! She was very embarrassed and ashamed!

Today a drive to Port Colborne for blood tests, then to our favourite restaurant for breakfast then a drive home. A little snow and slush but the snow tires gripped and the ride was comfortable.
When I store a car for the winter (or a boat for that matter) in an unheated space, I put a plastic dishpan with about an inch of calcium chloride inside. Keeps it dry. No mildew, no moisture damage.
Today a Christmas lunch with friends!its 40F outside so I dragged out the hose and soap cannon and washed the salt brine and sand grit off the BlackSwan. Much better!
