Maybe you should make a call to Chevrolet Customer Service........it would be a formal problem then.

Todd, when did you get a second HHR? That read and black is B!TCHIN' and the blacks looking awesome as ever. Great job on the upkeep.

Todd, like the black 3 grille on your's and Kris's cars.It really changed the look of yours. I almost like it better than the billet grille.

Thanks I did. It even got escalated to a district specialist, whom I also spoke to. I was suppose to hear back from her on Friday, but didn't. I left her 2 messages Monday. still no return call.

It's a sure fast path to me never owning another GM product ever again. I'm getting so pissed! I bet I would get a call real quick if I re-deposited the car to the show room at 50mph.

We did have someone from Chevrolet checking in here once upon a time, but she kinda vanished back in February, wonder where she went off to?
