Back from Texas...my friend Ricky is a moron....
Well we got back from Texas safely and tucked the Cessna away after another 1,200 mile flight. Its been a long week to say the least.
We did get a surprise when the taxi dropped us off here at our condo, the engine hoist that my friend Ricky borrowed over the weekend was chained the the handle on the garage door with a bike chain and lock. That didn't surprise me too much, other than the fact that he brought it back in under a year's time, what surprised me is that it was still there. Ever the mental giant, Ricky left a note taped to the hoist saying and I quote..."Hey Mike, here's your gadget back, the key to the bike lock is is taped on the bottom of it". That's like leaving an engraved invitation to a thief, honestly he wasn't this dumb in high school, maybe the four ex-wives are taking a toll on his brain.
Well anyway, to keep this sort of on topic, I did fire up Paddy and Boo Boo so I could pull them out of the garage to put the engine hoist back where it belongs. Maybe I'll see my trans jack, engine stand, and jack stands before the holidays.

More work on my Audio Sound Deadening, more work on the doors.
More pics and info can be found in my "HHR Noise & Vibration Reduction" thread, but heres a couple recent pics.
Making Filler pieces to fill in the access holes then cover the whole thing with audio barrier like the rest on my Panel.
Hopefully the Install starts Friday evening otherwise we start it Sunday.
I can't wait to Hear all this installed with the interior all back in place.

Thanks for the welcome home Sam, its been a long week. The cats were pleased to see us, our neighbor takes good care of them when we travel, but they miss us as much as we miss them.
I've met Ricky's first wife, when you get past the whole "utter psycho" part of her personality, she's just plain old scary.
