Its Murphy's Law man,

1. Wash you car and the only bird within twenty miles will crap on it.

2. Wash your car and it will rain within 12 hours or less.

3. Wash your car and it will be covered with dust or pollen within 12 hours or less.

4. Wash your car and it will be covered with leaves or sap within 12 hours or less.

5. Wash your car and some twerp will give you a new door ding the next day.

You can kind of see where this is going, nature abhors a vacuum, and the universe hates a clean car.

Mine was already clean, so getting it out on the super-slab was very enjoyable today..

Drove my daughter to Urgent Care and then to Walgreen's for amoxicillin for her ear infection.

Beautiful summer like day in Western NY so he got a bath, window cleaning, detail around the door / hatch areas & a coat of wax there for winter. Next is a trip to Tennessee to visit family then the dreaded winter wheels/tires go on for the first time. Can't plan on this perfect weather too much longer. We fortunately missed out on the recent east coast storms.

Saw 15 HHR's on the road today in under 20 total miles of driving including 4 at one stop light alone! Guess they are still pretty popular.
