Hang on to your hats folks, but for the first time since my accident on December 23rd, I drove one of my other HHR's!!

Thanks to the physical therapy and the threats of my wife telling me to take it easy and heal up(or else), my leg is finally bendable enough to get into an HHR and drive it.

I didn't go far today with Boo Boo the 2011, but man it sure felt great to drive one again, the only thing that can top it will be driving the Paddy-Wagon home on Tuesday.

No the minute counter is Michelle, her new Fiat is overdue and the dealer is expecting her to set up a tent in the showroom anytime now.

 

Oh my... Ummmm, I'm not touching that one (as I back away)..

 

Let's just say that Hell hath no fury like a French born woman who is waiting for her anniversary present to show up, and its late.

If there is a silver lining to my accident, it has distracted her from the now delayed arrival of her new car, but for the sake of the dealer....there had better be a Fiat 500 Cabrio showing up soon. She makes a low pitched growling noise when she sees J-Lo frolicking about in her Cabrio in the commercials.

If you need some place to hide while waiting for the Fiat to arrive, we have a spare bed room you can use.

 

Thanks Al, might have to take you up on that offer if it doesn't come in by the end of January as promised by the dealer.

Actually I'm just poking gentle fun at my wife, she's a saint and very patient, otherwise she'd have never married me.

 

Took my Panel to the touchless carwash this evening and got the leftover snow, ice, and salt spray Off of it. I Likes a CLEAN Black HHR Panel.

Got a cup of Dunkin Donuts Coffee and came back home in time to finish watchin NY kicking the packers a**es. LMAO!
I did NOT want to see gb going to the SuperBowl !

2 more days until the Rolled Visor arrives.

 

8:40PM here in Chicago and it's 44 degrees out. In the middle of January, that's almost unheard of.
Took my Panel, Morticia, out for a nice little ride crankin some tunes, stopped off at the Jewel food store and nabbed a few items before heading on home.

I know were gonna see Winters UGLY head some more before Spring but Enjoying this while it's here.
The streets were pretty Dry even with the snow from a few days ago melting away, I try hard to never take Morticia out on wet Salty roads.
She gets another car wash tomorrow to get any misted saft off her.

The Rolled Visor I bought has made it's way from Alabama to Champaign IL., and is due for Delivery here Tomorrow.
Can't wait for Spring to come to paint it Black and install it.
