What Did You Do To Your HHR Today?
I had to go pick up the wife at the mechanics shop this morning, her drivers side window went down yesterday, but refused to go back up.
On the way back I stopped off at the auto parts store and bought 3 new wiper blades for Morticia.
Pulled into the driveway to see a BIG FedEx box sitting in front of the door.
My new (to me) Rolled Visor arrived.
It should look pretty Sweet on my Panel after it is painted Black to Match.
I am real happy to have picked one of these up.

Photoshopped, turned a Red HHR to Black.

3 yards of material, 1 gallon of glue, a Cheap Harbor Freight spray gun and a weekend, and yours can easily be Black too.

And youve got an SS dude, NO need to envy me!

I do Enjoy my HHR Panel , so I keep on working on it. Kinda old school retro lookin on the outside, with some nice modern tech/entertainment features on the inside, and room for 5 (4 Adults) with the rear leather seat installed.
I ENVY the guys who already have their Superchargers Installed! I can't wait till I get mine in. Hopefully I get to it this year, very last project on my list, then mine will be Complete.
Well, then again, maybe Not.
With that new visor installed there A&P, might I suggest you think about a prismatic traffic light viewer, otherwise you'll be stopping about two car lengths back in order to see the lights.
Here's a link to the one I use on my '37 Chevy, its a reproduction of a vintage unit so you get that cool retro look.

843de,
I have had this one in Morticia for awhile.

And I have had one like it in my '55 2 Door Bel-Air Hardtop since the 1970's. I have the factory optional Visor for my '55 so I have known about the Prisms for a long time. They work very well.
Must have item for us visor guys.
Even without a visor, they work very well in the HHR
Thanks

Back to OT....For the first time in a good while I can say "I left all three parked today, the hospital called this morning to cancel my torture....ummmm...physical therapy session for today.
Honestly I wasn't that disappointed, for some reason they won't be satisfied until I can put my leg behind my head or something. Just walking without crutches and being able to navigate stairs if fine with me, no need to try out for a spot in the Rockettes at the Radio City Music Hall.

Now I have visor envy, along with wheel envy
