I bought the Injen ? Cobalt SS intake from a liquidator on eBay for $98.00, I then adapted it to fit my HHR SS, Easy.Name: 2.jpg

Hi SS Fan, the Performance it Very Impressive, I've Collected the Parts Needed for My Own Custom Exhaust After the DP, then I'll Decide on a Tune.

Rainy, foggy, soggy, and miserable here in Carolina today so everything is parked out of the slop.

I have started my project with the '37, I scrounged up a genuine period Warner Gear overdrive for it so I can cruise at more traffic friendly speeds and not abuse the Babbitt bearings in the Stovebolt Six.

It'll be nice to have a top end close to 60 mph instead of 40-ish.

That would be way too fast for the roads back then I took mine to the Tire and wheel shop, here's what it looks like so far.

finished tint

Today finished up the window tint on the '11, got 4% on the back windows and 20% on the front two. Got some 18" black wheels lined up today as well.

That's how it would look if you left it parked overnight in south Charlotte or Rock Hill. 'Ceptin' they'd leave it on blocks.

Ha, Ha, must be the nicer neighborhoods, leave it out here and the whole thing will be on a boat to Russia, by morning.
