My mechanic didn't need to compress them when installing pedders they are shorter, He did however need it when putting the stock Fe5's back in.

In the Atlanta area, there must be a shop that will compress them for $20-25. We have several in this area. It doesn't hurt or cost anything to ask.
yeah you can rent a spring compressor for $20 at any autozone, oreilys, etc

Well I can say that after driving in the pouring rain the last two days...I think my plugged holes where my roof rack are going to definitely work. I've been feeling the areas on the liner where the holes line up with no moisture. I guess time will really tell, but it looks like a winner! I was going to trade someone my chrome set for a black set of racks, but I'll never reuse them so I may just have to sell them.

Intercooler Installed

Thought I'd try something different and Painted the SS Logo on my new CS Intercooler. Wife said it would look dumb, but I think it came out nice. [IMG][/IMG]

Looks mighty fine to me Timb727!

As for me, I got the Paddy-Wagon even dirtier this morning in the rain, oh well just the excuse I need to give him a bath on Saturday along with Michelle's Fiat....she found some mud yesterday.
