That sounded like a great Idea.......so I took the SS today, wow forgot how much fun this thing is......300hp.....priceless......

 

Put new struts on the "new to us" 2009 2LT. Now it goes back to the state inspection station - hoping to finally get permanent tags on it soon.

 

Hit a friggin pothole today going about 40 that looked like a puddle of water. Bent the front steelie enough to cause some air loss and a small tear in the outer layer of rubber on the tire...bent the back steelie too, but not like the front. Now gotta spend mod money on replacement steelies, and a tire. Maybe I can find some cheap at my local pick n pull...fingers crossed.

Dude that sucks, must have been cavernous to bend steelies. Check out your local discount tire store, they let you trade tires within 30days if you want something else, so they always have take offs. I just got a set of BFG G force Comp 2's for 250.00. They might have some for you too.

 

Sam I thought you had 255 40 18's on the SS

 

That was the last set, I'm wearing them on the panel now.....
