a couple of days ago I got an add from my local dealer and in one of the boxes marked recall it says recall on our 09, number 14546 had not been completed. When I looked it up it states that airbag wiring harness connector and that is all. Has anyone heard of this and do you know what years are effected? I still have to look up our 10.

 

I just had that work completed. #14546. Dropped it off in the morning, picked it up in the afternoon. They have to order the parts, so give them a call first. I got the notice almost a year ago.

 

I just checked our 10 and it doesn't apply to it. We have received nothing from GM on this. But the way our local mail has been recently it could have been "lost".

I had exactly the same experience on this, probably about 6-8 months ago.

 

Yesterday I got yet another letter from GM about getting the ignition switch recall done on my 2008; that was traded in 2012.

I believe that CarMax sent the car to the crusher without bothering to take the title.
