My hhr ss is supposed to have an LSD but when I had it on my lift tonight both tires turned independently!! I was thinking it should be more like my chevelle with both tires basicly locked together! Am I wrong about this?

 

Look in your glovebox for the RPO build sheet. Code G85 is for the limited slip.

OK in have the window sticker and it says LSD front diff! I just wasn't sure if the wheels should turn indepently of each other?

 

Yes it does show the g85 option I just wasn't sure thanks!

 

Your Chevelle most likely had a posi unit. Not a limited slip.
