I swear that I read it was a Bosch twin-scroll somewhere online in a review before I bought the car... I have to look for that article now!

Ok, I found my answer.. I was wrong, it is a Borg Warner! BZERKED you called it correctly. Here is the article I read a long time ago on the motor...

Borg Warner and Garrett are both owned by Honeywell. The Honeywell Borg Warners are OE Turbo's on most road cars and the Garret systems are all aftermarkert and racing. Same company under Honeywell just two different names to market them under.
Honeywell owns Bendix, Prestone Autolite, Fram and many other automotive suppliers. THey also are into controls and aerospace pretty heavy.
Anyway Honeywell makes almost all the turbo's diesel and gas for OE cars and industrial equipment.
