Hate to use the "D" word CJ, but having a Tech II and knowing how to use it correctly in diagnosing a problem can be two very different things.

So my suggestion is to consider a trip to your local Dealership, and hopefully they have a tech who is a good with diagnostics.

well took it to dealer and they found nothing
they finally called me back and still cant figure out anything
but
they got the tech2 tool communicating w everything
cleared the codes and the only thing they can come up with is the obd2 bluetooth port is causing all the communication issues and said it hasnt come back
weird huh
so they want me to drive it a week w/o it obd2 b/t adapter plugged in and see if the code comes back
we will see what happens

Hmmmm.....Starting to wonder if a re-flash may be in order, like there is a corrupted line of code that's triggering the issue.

Shagy is back

well the issue has been solved. i took the tune off and then took it to a dealer. first dealer gave up on it and getting all the codes
took it to this other dealer and they thought it was a power steering module, it wasnt.
they spent allot of time on it tracing and checking wires and finally found it. it ended up being several wires in the BCM connector on the front of the fuse box. they found out which wires it was, fixed it and now no codes

so i took it home and put it thru the mill, no codes
installed the tune and did it again and drove around and put some miles on it and no codes and running like a bat out of hell

also i just didnt have the heart to sell with all i have done to it so all is good and MY SHAGY is back

Just like Mike suggested in post #2. And after 2 dealers, nobody would look for the TSB about the connector pins. How did the connector become unlocked/loose in the first place? That is probably when/how the pins got bent.

I guess by now you figured out that is the ABS connector, not the actual sensor that you zip tied.
