got the HHR back

I plan on driving it all weekend and out of town next week. GM says they have had 2 other throttle bodies go bad on the SS's so I think this is it.

I just had my turbo replaced....................and um pretty sure it still isnt fixed. Coming home last night on a 45mi trip I couldn't get over 5psi of boost. On the way up there in the morning it ran like a champ as I was dodging in and out of traffic surging to 25psi and hitting a steady 20+psi from 75mph plus. At 90mph I was getting a smooth 27mpg. Coming home was a different story, car ran like ****, until I hit my exit then at the next stop light I had full stage boost back. WTF is wrong? I think I will have them try to solder the wires maybe that will fix my problem, the new turbo along with selenoid valve and injector cleaning obviously didn't work.

The connectors on the stage kit suck and was causing resistance of voltage to the map sensors which cause my surging and causing it to go into limp mode. They soldered it and I've had no problems since and tested it by driving 800 miles in 3 days. If you get a stage kit, do not use the connectors and solder the wires and shrink wrap it up. Also, dealers weren't reporting this issue. Mine was the first reported to GM and a Bulletin will be coming out soon on how to fix the issue.
