It first stopped running in park and fired right up. So Like a dummy I attempt to drive to work. Going over a bridge with construction going 40 mph it does it again and I saw a flash on the dash indicator low fuel.

 

There could be the low fuel indicator flashing as the car stopped runNing.
is the tank full of gasoline?
how old is the battery, low voltage can set the computers to off and weird stuff happens.
is the High Pressure Fuel Pump working?
is the in tank fuel pump working?

 

Fill in some details like how long have you owned this SS ? Automatic or 5 speed ? What’s the mileage ? Any recent work/repairs done ? Any previous similar problems ?

Yes, it does. Well, mine was included in the recall anyhow.

 

Must be the EPS motor I’m think of then .

 

It is the power steering that does not include SS.
