The wires for the switches go to the fuse box? Or is there other wires that could be keeping them on? Like as soon as I turn the key they're all on, but turn signal and hazards all work properly

Use your eyes and fingers. I can't see from here. Whatever wire you may have touched in the last 14 pages is suspect.

It seems since I touched the sensors, I watched a video back to confirm

14 pages ago you started messing with wires that you knew nothing about. Since then you have touched lots of wires.

I put those wires back as they were, the only things I have touched since are the sensors.

what part of the engine fuse box controls what? Like each set of cables with a block, maybe then can dial it down to something more specific

Uhh. It's written on the label what each fuse and relay controls. No label ? Look in the Owners Manual. No manual, donbrew has owners manuals listed in his "sig" for download.

I mean the bottom half of the fuse box, where theres a bundle of wires that go into a block (5 I think). Because if its the one block bundle under the first half I'm thinking of then I may be able to fix all this

Just so we're on the same page:
The lights were on in the back, which you thought were tail lights, part of the DaytimeRunningLights(DRL). Stepping on the brake pedal didn't change the brightness of the lights, so you thought the brake lights didn't work.

Now you've realized that it was actually brake lights that were on all the time.

The DRLs do not illuminate the tail lights.

There's no stop light fuse in the underhood fuse block. You'll have to follow the wires from the sensor, through the firewall, and into the fuse block.

It might be interesting to pull the stop light fuse from the interior fuse block, see what happens.
