The orange seal on the small wire to your SS solenoid doesn’t seem seated correctly, maybe no contact there.

There in the circle the arrow is pointing to.

Even when seated properly I still get nothing :/ but yes I did think that was the problem. What should the voltage be when in accessory and when turning to crank? At acc its 0.22, and at crank its 0.26, is that normal?

If I remove that little seal completely and try it, if the voltage is sufficient to what I mentioned (0.22 - 0.26 bouncing between), should it work?

Also to mention it stopped clicking before even removing the starter and wires. It had started, I stalled it. Starter stopped clicking, only one relay was clicking, now no relays or starter clicks

I don’t recall and frankly , I apologize for not having time to go back though this thread, did you have the battery load tested? A dead cell or 2 can give you this trouble, have you bench tested the starter motor and solenoid, I just had a similar situation, the solenoid wasn’t engaging the bendix drive. A new starter cured that.

I completely swapped batteries with my other HHR and same results. I bench tested both starters, one I bought and the one we took out, both engaged. With the starter in the car we managed to get the starter to spin but not crank the flywheel.
