I just want a base SS, no added options. 5-speed. Okay, maybe the Brembo brake option would be the only one I would be interested in. I don't need a sound system because the engine running through the gears is music to my ears.
Problem is, the dealers around here only seem to get automatics with a lot of options on them.

I have 1000 miles on it in two weeks. I am still getting 22 MPG and I have been driving like an insane jackas* around town. The break in time did fluctuate a bit, but it was higher than it is now. 22 is still way better than the 12 in my Jeep.
I am driving an auto, but it does like to sit at 70 mph on the interstate. Must be just a good gearing spot to hold speed and get good gas milage.

I have 7,600 on mine it's still true. If I run 70 on the freeway I'll get 22-25 then 80mph rate around 27-30.... it's very odd, and I even went off the fuel in the tank vs. the computer and it's true!
