Ziplock bag here too. I do get a free car wash whenever I want to go to the stealer, but no free oil changes. A package arrived last week Friday, in it was a bucket containing a sponge, towel, chamois, and a bottle of car wash, with a thank you card from my salesman I sure hope that wasn't what they meant by free car washes.

For those of you who didn't get them...have you asked the dealer for one? It's quite possible they have them or could get your one...but many people don't care if they have them or not. Just an idea.

With that said...my 2006 came with the case.

Mine came with a case, plus free oil changes for the first 36,000 miles. They also gave me way more than black book value for my trade that wouldn't even start when they went out to appraise it. Of course, I bought the car from a close friend from church in Iowa and lived in Kansas City and now southeast MO, so the oil changes didn't mean too much to me.

It just depends on the dealer and even the manufacturer. For that matter, Ford probably has the nicest manual and binder for all of their cars.

Wa wa wa wa

You people sound like a bunch of cry babys......It's always, I want, I want, I want...........I thought when you went to a dealership.....it was to buy the HHR/SS........ Not a pouch..........If you whinned as much at the dealership as you do in here , no wounder the dealership was ready to be rid of you......Like some others in the thread I received 4 free service coupons, Nice pouch.....I also got and 2 great looking hats.......One of the tricks is to be nice.........treat them like you want to be treated......I also realize not all dealerships are the way my dealership is........It helps That I do a lot of business with them and send friends to buy from them and for this I receive a nice $50.00 check from them on each occasion......It's helps to look around for a good dealership.....and have a good relationship with them.......You'll like the results........I've been doing this for over 50 years with great results. Wolfie

Geez, lighten up Wolfie. I have friends who own dealerships and not all dealerships give the incentives you got, no matter what kind of relationship you have with them. And not everyone has the luxary of shopping around, when they live in rural areas. The reason you aren't whining is b/c you got the extra incentives a lot of the others didn't. I don't think it's too much to expect to get a cover for your owners manual with you shell out 22,000 + for a new car.
