wow wolfie, me being only 17, i havnt really had the years to make friends with the people at my local gas station much less a dealership. i was treating my dealer very well and he treated me nicly untill he told me that "i" was being difficult because i wanted my car a certian way. For the trouble we went through getting my car, it would be nice to have a hat, a free service coupon, id be completly happy with some kind of decent pouch or sleeve for my manual and such. but all i got with my car where the keys, a front lisence plate bracket i DIDNT want, some plastic dealer tags and a dealer sticker, which i took off and threw away the second i got home.... oh wait i got a key chain... that tore

Mine came in an previously used and badly beaten up manilla envelope (had another vehicle VIN and info written on it, then scrawled out and my info written on it in balck marker). Not the best presentation and not the way I would have handed it over, but not really that important to me. I always put mine in a ziploc bag anyway and tuck it away in the car for safe keeping and easy access. My manual is in the hidden storage bin behind the back seat, so who cares what it's packaged in at this point.

Are you really complaining about your dealer not giving you a black plastic pouch to put your vehicle manual and other material in?
