With all the recent snow storms, I'm glad to see that there have been no new additions to this thread

 

Boy it's a battle field out there!!The first week I owned mine it went through two snow storms and got two rock chips on the hood and one on the drivers door.Since then only a minor scratch on top of the rear bumper.GM should have had a rubber pad on the top of it.

 

Interesting read.Mid summer while wifey driving home, not 2 blocks from the house some crazed fool decided he was going to take pot shots at passing vehicles with a BB gun.Took out a side and rear window in a mini van,,a back window in another car and I have a nice round dent on the edge of the rear side of the front fender at the seam where it meets the door.@ more shots hit the door just below the window(and it was open,thank god he was a bad shot) but the woody vinyl seems to have absorbed the impact and didn't leave any dents.And yes he was caught.

 

How old was this deranged person?

That is the best way to look at it. It is easier to replace the rear hatch vs you.
