SS-Has it changed your driving habits?
Suddenly I am feeling the need to drive to my car's capapbilities... this SS is FAST!! I no longer worry about lane changes on a crowded frwy... And LOVE the competitive/launch control modes... Like in the 'ol days when I had a '57 Bel Air with a 327!!
I believe it's an austin, not a current mini. And it looks like its rear wheel drive in the video ( at one point during a 360 you see the front wheels rolling, and the backs spinning ). I'll guess its a 1972 austin . Just a guess.
He is movin in that thing though, The nose brake wheelie is wild.
And my SS has changed my driving . It's hard to have a track worthy hypermite as your daily driver, and not push the limits once in awhile !!!!

You are correct that it is a Austin but it is still a Mini Cooper [Note Austin were Mini Coopers} and It is around a 1972. The present model is just a name purchased by BMW to remake the classic in a modern image.
Also it is FWD and looks to have the brakes set to tractor brake as in the ability to put more pressure to either side of the front brakes and may not even have rear brakes here.
Note the lifting rear tire with no spinning, a trait of a FWD car.
